Excellent service. Brought my car in for what I thought was a repair related to my collision work done previously. Jason diagnosed the problem quickly (determining it was not related to the original repair). They ordered the part, fixed my car quickly, and dropped my car off at my house later in the day. Jason was extremely friendly and professional. Gerber did a great job!

I had such a great experience with Calvin, Rachel and other staff of Gerber. The repair on my car was done well, and finished earlier than promised. It was returned to me clean inside and out. The staff could not have been nicer. I will recommend this shop/location to all that I know. Having an accident and needing car repair is stressful. My experience was much more stress free than I could anticipate.

Where do I begin.. A few months ago I brought my car in because my window wouldn't roll down on my 2004 honda civic. Jason, my service guy, looked at, said no problem, and had it fixed within an hour, no questions asked. I'm back, today, because my lock stopped working on my door. I got a quote from honda that it would be $250 to have it fixed so I came here to get a quote. I set up an appointment and stopped in. I was lucky to have Jason working with me again. He fixed the issue again and saved me a lot of money! Both repairs were done while I waited in the waiting area for the car. And- I got a free car wash both times! I'm so thankful I brought my car here, and even more thankful Jason was my service guy. He is the best. Ask for him if you come to this location!

I took our Lexus in for body work, a new front bumper. I asked whether the guys could buff out some unsightly scratches and touch up the paint on the door, and Tom, the service rep, said they would do it for free, as well as buffing any other small scratches they found. When I picked up the car (later the same day, which was miraculous), Tom said that the paint shop crew had felt buffing and touching up would be unsightly, and since they had a little spare time, they had repainted the entire door for free. In addition, they buffed all the small scratches everywhere, making the 2006 car look brand new. They left us a nice note. This was truly thoughtful and extremely professional. Gerber took my car right away after the accident and arranged for a loaner....the service was quick and efficient. Due to a couple small mechanical issues we were unable to pick up the car when called, but they corrected the issues quickly. I was very satisfied with the work and the treatment I received!

I was very happy with the services and repairs offered at this location! Everyone is very professional, great customer service, excellent and accurate information and all in all good work! After i was involved in an accident, i took my car to these guys and only after couple days, i took my car back - just like new. I would totally recommend their services to a friend!

I originally dropped off my car at the Palatine location, but they transferred it to Spring Grove, which is not listed above. In addition to a windshield replacement, repairs were also made to my hood and front bumper. My repaired vehicle was delivered to my house on a flatbed and the Enterprise rental was then returned (via flatbed) for me. Repairs were done in a timely fashion and the service was awesome!
