The customer service went above and beyond the call of duty I felt like they truly cared and sought to FIX my car at a good cost. They worked with me and made me feel appreciated. I would like to give a big thanks to Sevice Manager Steve K! He really helped me after I had my car repaired at the Buffalo Grove Gerber location. I had my driver's side door replaced after it was hit by another car. The repair was done in a timely manner and was done very well. But shortly after my getting my car back the "Hood Open" warning light kept coming on and my car alarm would randomly go off. When I asked Steve about this issue he really took time with me to diagnose the problem. It was eventually determined that my hood latch was faulty. Steve was quick to order the new part and get it installed in 24 hours. This is the type of customer service that makes me want to have all my related car needs taken care of by Gerber.
