I was referred to Gerber today by Cassidy T. when it was discovered that one of the low beams of my headlamp was not working. I stopped in for an estimate and received better service than I could have imagined. Jesse was very pleasant and thought it might be simple but wasn't sure about the configuration for my car so he took my car into the shop to consult with the shop manager; I think his name is Sam. In a matter of minutes they had replaced the bulb needed and sent me on my way. This was fantastic and I will certainly look forward to returning to Gerber the next time I need glass or body work on any of my cars. Thank you!

my car was hit on left side and it was really bad, but the guy name Chinda C. fix it really good and he made my car look like new car and this person is really good very friendly and he explain everything very nice and service is very nice n fast. i will differently send my friend and family to Chinda. Thank you so much chinda.

Everyone at the LaGrange, IL Gerber Collision and Glass was very friendly, accommodating and quick to service my car. Wait times for the estimate, drop off and pickup were minimal. My car was returned sooner than expected, cleaned inside and out and it looks wonderful. I will definitely give Gerber a high recommendation.

Dina E. was fantastic . Her customer service skill was excellent. I wish my staff performed their services as well her. She was attentive to my situation and accomplished the task quickly to my schedule. the work performed by Gerber at the Skokie location was excellent and I will recommend to my friends, family, and business associates to use Gerber.

Hartford Insurance recommended Gerber and I am very appreciative. Jesus D. did the initial assessment and estimate; he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to schedule the repairs within a few days and the work was completed on schedule, as he estimated. Sam returned the car to me and he worked hard to clean a stain on the roof. I'm very satisfied with the professional service at Gerber. My car looks like new again! Thank you.

Before I get started: 2 WORDS -- UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE And here's why? I was recently backed into and I scheduled to have a quote TODAY -- Came in, walked out completely fixed all done within 10-15 minutes of walking into my appointment. BILLY and RAUL -- Were beyond words AMAZING. Would I recommend? I went in for my appointment at 2:30pm and I am back at work writing this review at 3pm. I am not even joking-- SO YES -- Absolutely. I don't write reviews about a company, but when I do, I write one about these guys. Hopefully you work with either Billy or Raul.
