I would rate the repairs and service I received 5 stars out of 5. I received timely updates about the status of my vehilcle's repairs through both phone and text. This is the third time that I have used this location for repairs and I wouldn't hesitate to refer or recommend Gerber to friends and family. I have always been throughly satifisfied with the quality of my repairs too.

5 stars ... I was impressed by your location and by the people working here . I was welcomed by I believe Jennifer and my estimator was Jesse . I really liked the wonderful and confident hand shake given when being introduced. I was given a fair quote and explained all the steps in repairing my vehicle . I should be returning soon for my repairs thank you Gerber staff

A little bit of disconnect withe the initial communication between Gerber and my insuracne company to get approval for the work to be done. After the first minor glitch everythng else was a 5. Everyone was very helpful throughout all interactions. Good Team in La Grange IL!!

Was told replacement of rear bumper would take a couple days, maybe an extra day if they found they needed a part once they got inside. If that happened they would call to let me know. Eight days later I received my car. No communication regarding the delay unless I called to get the status of my car. No sense of urgency or understanding of my frustration. Insurance was paying for a rental as long as they had my car so it didn't seem to be an issue to them. No apologies. Would have understood the delay had there been the promised communication. Glad they wanted a good bumper. The car looks good but it was a frustrating experience due to the lack of communication regarding unmet expectations that they set.
