My car was hit by a bus, the journey to secure payment from the bus company for the repair was a long one and Gerber was with me every step of the way. The repair was completed in 24 hours ahead of schedule and the car looks great. I have been using this Gerber location for years, their service and commitment to keeping me informed of the progress of the service has and continues to be outstanding. Thank you

Dropped by to get replacement headlight assemblies put in on a 2003 VW. Lenses were all fogged and this seemed to be the best approach. Tim, the manager looked at the headlights and promptly assessed the situation. They buffed out the existing lenses. They looked brand new! Done in minutes. The charge was pizza for the guys which was certainly a fair fee. I was greatly impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and overall friendly manner. Great service. Can't say enough. Thanks Gerber!

I purchased my GMC Acadia in April 2014 and 2 days after I had it a young lady backed up into me. Gerber did a wonderful jog on the car,. 2 weeks after the damage was fixed another person hit my right front leaving a dent that needed to be fixed. After the dent was repaired not a week later someone scratched the same front right side. Gary Wilmoth suggested to try and touch up and buff it out instead of going for the $600 repair. I was hesitant but I am glad I went with Gary's suggestion because it really looks great. All for no cost to me, which was a very nice surprise. Also one extra no cost priceless item Gary also took care off was to remove the jinx or bulls eye on my car which I hope to test in the next couple of weeks.

We have gone the Naperville Gerber for years and always get estimates in a timely manner and repairs ready when promised. When we picked up our daughter's car we were surprised that they had even vacuumed the interior in addition to the repairs looking wonderful. I especially would like to comment Jim G. and Karen who make a great team.

I am totally impress with all the staff that work there!! My car was hit by another driver while I was park and inside the restaurant!! The crew there at Gerber took care of all my needs and made sure the car was 100% repair. Jessica and her co-workers are awesome people!!!!

I couldn't even begin to explain how exemplary the customer service is at this location. From my first phone call through receiving the keys back this afternoon, the team at the Gerber Collision & Glass in Orland Park were in my corner. They helped me find a rental, they kept me updated on repairs, they even gave me personal phone calls to check in throughout the repair process so I was well informed of everything that was going on. They were more than kind, very polite, and were extremely open about what to expect when going through the process of repairing my vehicle. If I ever find myself in need of work on my car in the future, I'll be back to this location without fail. I will also be sending any family/friends to this specific location due to how well I was treated by this team. Also, I tried to rate 6 out of 5 stars but the ... system wouldn't let me? Perhaps throw a few more stars in there for how excellent this experience was. read more

My previous feedback picked up the wrong body shop>>>> They made my worst nightmare feel pleasant and my truck was repaired and looks great. They both went above and beyond to help me with this accident. I definitely will recommend this shop to anyone. Outstanding Job and Thank you!!!!! :)

I brought my car in for auto body repair on August 5. I was guaranteed that a rental car would be there for me to pick up at 8:00 a.m. There was a good 30 minute wait until I was told that I should go to Enterprise down the street and that they would have a car waiting for me. I waited another 25 minutes only to be given an SUV (I requested a car comparable to my Honda Civic). I took the SUV because I was already late for work. Enterprise brought me another vehicle to my work to exchange the same day. I picked up my vehicle on August 13. The entire inside of my car was covered with a layer of dust (air vents, inside center council and every crevice in between). My boyfriend informed me a day later that the hubcap and mud flap were still the damaged ones. I had to go back into Gerber on August 15th to show them the incomplete work. Jason ... was very helpful and promised to take care of everything and informed me that once the parts came in, they would contact me to fix these issues. He informed me that Gary did not include the mud flap, hubcap or wheel alignment on the original estimate but that he would remedy the situation right away. Ray was scheduled to pick up my vehicle from my work and drop it off today, August 22. Ray was very professional and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with not only the work that was done on the parts but that the cleanliness of the car was up to my standards. John, the individual who cleaned my car did an impeccable job and made sure that the inside of my car was spotless from any of the dust that the car may have gotten while in the shop. I didn't have the best first experience with Gerber. If it wasn't for Jason, Ray and John doing such a wonderful job to make sure I left a happy customer, I would probably never go to Gerber again. You need more employees like them working for you to ensure that your reputation as a reputable company stays intact.
