I stopped in the shop on my way out of town for a three-day trip in the hopes that my car would be repaired while I was away. My issue was time sensitive, as I would be returning to graduate school out of town in less than a week. The staff was incredibly understanding and had my car finished before I arrived back from my three day trip. Their work was flawless, and I so appreciated their efficiency during this hectic time in my life.

Tony C. General Manager and his staff provided uncomparable customer service. I brought my daughter's under-insured vehicle (no collision) to Tony following a rear end collision with a semi. Her car suffered what appeared to be major front end damages. Tony assured me her story of a low speed impact accident was true and explained in detail the nature of damages verse potential damages. I gave him my absolute maximum out of pocket budget amount and when the the bill was finalized it was under by $1000.00. The car was picked up from my home and delivered back to my home following repairs in show room condition. Tony and staff reached out to me in keeping current with the costs and estimated time of completion. The service was outstanding. The price was a relief and the quality of repairs exceptional. I worked with Gary, who treated me very nice and promptly. My car was taken car of quickly and looked great when I came to pick it up. I was provided with an exceptional rental car and appreciated that very much. I would recommend and have recommended friends and family to Gerber for collision service in the past and they have been 100% satisfied with the work on their cars. I would not hesitate to return if I ever had a problem in the future as this business is exceptional in every way.

My visit to your service center today was a very good ending to a frustrated "Murphy's Law Day." I was totally frazzled by the time I arrived at your service center today. It was just a bad day. However, once I arrived at your service center and after talking with your service representative, Jason Acevedo, I felt a sense of relief. I explained to Jason the reason for my visit. He was very pleasant and informative. He assured me that he would assess the problem. He asked me for permission to have my automobile looked at by Jose, the glass/window technician.
