customer service is great! We were kept updated on our car repairs and Enterprise employees were also great! Marci was a delight to deal with-- very personable and a real asset to Gerber customer service! The repair guys were also great and helped me retrieve stuff from my trunk. We applaud them also! So far the repairs look great and all is well, and though we think you are outstanding, we really hope we never have to deal with you again! Lol

Gerber was awesome the customer service was great Both Vicki and Peter were great. They sent text message's explaining what was going on with my vehicle even when it would be ready they keep there word I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I had dreaded going to a body shop for minor repairs on my vintage car not knowing exactly what to expect ....... kinda like a trip to the dentist! Gerber was located in my neighborhood, convenient, and operating there since I moved to Chicago; so, I figured they must be doing something right. I was met by friendly employees, shown interest in my car repair, explained procedure, given time frame and estimate. All was done as expected to my complete satisfaction (including the charge) and I know, for any similar work, I'll return to this location. Special kudos to Johnny (painter) and front office employee, Thomas, who's help and professionalism were deeply appreciated.

To the Gerber Evanston team: Rob, Todd, Dana, Rachel and the employees behind the scenes who I did not have the pleasure to meet. Thank you for your excellent customer service and top quality work to restore my car to a condition and appearance I thought was not possible due to my having to pay out of pocket for these repairs. Your staff treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy from the moment I entered your facility, while the work was completed and when I picked up my car. My car is an older model and the results from the accident caused me a great amount of stress because of the appearance of the damage, the cost to fix these damages and my concern that it would be a diificult challenge for any collision center to work on an older car and create an acceptable appearance. The service I received here was remarkable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with their service. I appreciated the way they updated me by phone throughout the process. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone. Oh yes, for some reason, my insurance co failed to add rental coverage to my policy, so it was a blessing that Gerber has an agreement with some insurance companies and that my rental was covered.

Terrific courtesy service! Multiple spots of tree sap dried and penetrated into the paint on my hood panel. Jesus D. and his team took the time to wet sand the hood, buff the entire hood to eliminate the marks, and then gave me a complimentary car wash as well. This is not my first time appreciating the excellent service I receive here. I would recommend Gerber in Highland Park to family and friends.

Everyone was so friendly and efficient,my car looked great after the repairs were finished !!!!!! What I was so surprised to find,was that they did a total detailing of the interior of my car without my asking for it. It was like stepping into a new car !!!!! These people really are highly professional and I would recommend them to everyone that I know.
