Tony, Jim and the rest of the team are amazing, professional and do a great job. This was not my first visit to them for a reapair and in the futere, I hope I don't need them, but if I do need a repair I would not go anywhere else. Thanks everyone - great job! My car looks amazing!

Service was great! I felt like I was kept in the loop while my car was being fixed and everyone was so nice. When I came to pick up my car today, an unsavory character came into the shop. He was loitering and tried to steal a vehicle that was about to be taken into the service area. The receptionist alerted the estimator, and he told the intruder to exit the vehicle. The police were called and the man was arrested. Before the police came, the people at Gerber Collision had my son and me go into the back to stay safe. They gave him a juicebox and crayons so that he wouldn't be upset and they stood guarding us from the arrest. When the incident was cleared up, I had my hands full with my young son, carseat, and bags in hand and still had to return the rental car. Jack S was amazing! He was extremely friendly and truly an expert. He was very reassuring and made my experience exceptional. Cosmo was the gentleman who painted my bumper and he went above and beyond his duty and performed a terrific job. I would definitely refer these gentleman to my friends.

Bob and Freddie were so helpful, called me every week on Tuesday and Thursday giving me feedback about my car, and they got it back to me so quickly! I'm still shocked, the damage was so extensive and the team at the Orland Park (Southwest Highway) location was friendly, helpful, courteous, and extremely efficient in ensuring that I was comfortable and back safely in my car as soon as possible. I had an excellent experience with Gerber. Initially suggested to me by my insurance company, the estimate was handled promptly and proved to be accurate. Repairs were as promised, when promised. I was especially impressed with the help of the personnel on billing, as I decided whether to pay for the repairs myself or to engage my insurance coverage. I was also impressed by the "hometown" feel of the facility--friendly, helpful, down-to-earth people--despite the shop's status as part of a very large corporate enterprise with hundreds of facilities around the country.

Couldn't be more pleased and will recommend Gerber to all our friends. The body work was good- looks like new. Altho we used Gerber in Glenview 2 previous times over the years and were always satisfied this time was exceptional. Ben P. from your Glenview office provided the most outstanding customer service to me and my family in July/August and early September. He was so professional, timely, followed through with us during each stage and with insurance. Customer service above and beyond expected. I was running late to pick up my car due to Chicago traffic. They stayed late to deliver the car and even took the rental making sure the rental company would get it the following morning. Couldn't be happier with work and service

I have been in the insurance claim business for 27 years. I did not tell Jim W. this at the start of the repair process. I was blown away by his level of customer service and keeping us informed of the process. Jim was very professional. He regularly called us to give us a status on the repairs. When hidden damage was found Jim again called us to inform us of the process. He then followed up 3 more times during the repair process to keep us informed. This is unusual in the fast pace of today's insurance claim world. Most shops will simply call you when it is done. If you want to know why there is a delay with repairs, with most shops you have to call to find out. I was very pleased with the level of customer service Jim W. provided us and we would definitely use Gerber Collision in Plainfield, IL again. Jim W. is an asset to your company.
