She was a pleasure to speak to on the phone, very professional, and was able to get me an appointment the very next day. I called Gerber and spoke to Jim H. and right away told me to bring in my car and he would look at it. When I took it in I was so embarrassed because of the damage I had done to my car. He told me do not worry I have seen worse and we will fix it up. That made me feel better although I know it was really bad.... Although, I hope not to be back ever....however; if my car needed repairs I would not think twice on where I should send it. I would call Jim and send it to Gerber. I am very happy with everything!

From the minute that I walked in everything went very good . Starting with Laura and then the estimator Ron. I came in on a Monday late afternoon and was able to bring the car in on Thursday morning. Picked up the car on and Monday finished and a beautiful job. Special thanks to the painter.
