Can not say enough, got off to a rocky start due to our insurance company, but shop manager Mario took charge and got things going. Picked up our car today, and I have to say, it looks like nothing ever happened to it. 100% satisfied, and even better car completed 3 days before projected finish date! Again I want to say THANK YOU to Mario and his team at the Matteson, Illinois shop for going above and beyond. Car looks great!!!!!!

When I came into Gerber Collision I would of never thought it was gonna be this easy to get my car repairs done! After coming to pick the car I went over the car with Casey. He explained everything that was done to the vehicle. I noticed that they even cleaned the car which is a Wow in my book! Thanks for restoring my vehicle back to its original look!

Awesome job !!! Fast an courteous service for the reception to the estimate to the bill pay. Repairs were done on time and it looks like new. My car was even washed, vacuumed, and tire shine applied! A pleasant surprise. I almost want to break something so I can go back.

I was involved in a hit-and-run two days before my vacation where I was supposed to be driving out west. They made a terrible experience much more bearable. I felt comfortable knowing my car was in good hands. My car was ready the day after I got back from vacation.

I had a most wonderful experience with your Matteson gerberglass. My car was fixed correctly and promptly with some extra buffing just added on to make it look better. The personnel was polite, friendly and most accommodating, actually making it possible for me to drop my car off on Sunday when they are closed. This all happened in September but I'm still impressed enough to send of this high recommendation of your facility and your employees. Oh yes, and your price was lower than my other two estimates. Yeah for you and thank you so much. I've told several people of your great service.

I was very pleased with the job well done on my vehicle. The staff Diane M. and Robert W. were very professional. This the "very first time" I was greeted in a auto workshop with true respect. Every thing that was promised was completed right on time. I'm truly impressed with the services I received. Honestly speaking, the cleanliness, formal dress attire of staff, their fullest customer service attitude and over all culture at the location was not of a typical "auto workshop" instead of a hi-fi business corporate office or of a White House. Incredible!
