I started to replace headlight lamp and ran into issues. I could not get new lamp installed and stopped to see if Gerber could help with advice. Cosmo installed the new lamp and even buttoned up the bumper and front grill when I said I would do the final buttoning up. Best news is there was no charge for the service. Excellent job by Cosmo and Jason (estimator) Thanks for the service!

I am so glad I picked this store to have repairs done on my vehicle because everyone was great from start to finish. Jen was nice, helpful and had a great personality. The estimator, Bob, went out of his way to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle during the repair process. He called me twice a week to let me know what was going on. He was friendly and a real people person! The front end of my car was where the damage was. Right now, it is back to it's pre-accident condition and I could not be happier. They even went to far as to clean the inside of my car before I picked it up...and I mean it was cleaner than when I bought it. They even folded the towels I had in there. All I can say is "WOW!". My estimator, Raul R. explained the entire process to me and kept in great contact, alerting me to the progress of the job every step of the way. My carl looks amazing. I am so pleased with the service and work that was performed by your staff. I would like to single out Madison and her ability to make me feel comfortable. The other lady at the desk was great as well. (I do not recall her name). I was then taken out to my vehicle and Dave (or Dan) , sorry getting old, and memory is fading...I was explained everything that was done to my truck. I was rear ended on the Stevenson and the whole process is a hassle, yet your staff eased the pain tremendously. I will recommend your company in a heart beat! Thanks again.
