My experience getting my Toyota Sienna repaired (after a front-end collision) at Gerber Collision and Glass in Palatine was outstanding. Jim, June and Dana were wonderful to deal with - friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. My van was in their shop for 5 days, and I received daily repair status updates via text messages. They provided me the estimated completion date at the very beginning, and the repairs were completed exactly on time...almost to the hour! The quality of the repair-workmanship was outstanding as well. They also stand behind their work by providing a lifetime warranty on repairs completed at their facility.

My experience with Gerber collision was supremely proffesional and super friendly. The quality of work on my vehicle was just perfect. I do definately reccomend this auto body shop to anyone looking for the best experience in a tough situation when an accident happens. My car rental was ready for me right there in the same shop. Gerber did a great job . I set up an appt for an estimate which was done in about 15 minutes. Made an appt to have the repair done today, 11/4, and dropped the car off on 11/3 around Noon. They texted and called me to say the repair was finished Tuesday afternoon, and I picked up the car this evening at about 5PM. AND, the car had been washed and vacuumed.

As it turned out I only had a "paint scratch" and they buffed it out, in addition to a small pre-existing one that I asked if they would also remove. They did it happily...great job - and didn't even charge me! Highly "wreckommend"!

I brought my wife's van in for an estimate with Romeo, for a non-insurance repair of the front right bumper panel and a few scrapes and scratches. Not only was the van finished earlier than promised, but the shop went above and beyond to buff the whole van of all scratches ... it looks new! Further, the bumper looks great and the panel is back in place. Very pleased with the overall service, thank you!
