Work on my vehicle was completed two days faster than expected and the work done to it was great. The car came back looking brand new, not only repaired but also clean on the outside and inside. A Big thank-you to all of you for making my car look brand new. Concetta was so wonderful, she was kind caring and genuine and very accommodating. She made sure I was completely satisfied ,especially when it came to a rental car to be completely paid for when my car took a little longer than expected. What was also great , they kept me informed via phone calls Tom and the rest of the staff were extremely wonderful and genuine as well pleasant to talk to and work with, I recently gave a referral to a friend and heard she had an estimate and decided to work with you.:) I will continue brag about how wonderful you all are. Hope we don't have to bring our car back in again but if so, we will choose Gerber and look for Mr D., wonderful staff !

Everyone @ Gerber in Mattison , Illinois was pleasant and very friendly and helpful. Ralpheal was very helpful and attentive to my car and getting it completed and back together. I will recommend them to everyone . I am so glad I picked this store to have be the one to restore my car after it was hit in a car accident .Everyone was great from start to finish. Right now, my car is back to looking brand new and I could not be happier. Great store, great employees...Gerber is lucky to have these people working there and I can not thank them enough. I will definitely be sending friends and family to Gerber in Mattison,Illinois for vehicle repairs.

I dropped off my car late on Wednesday of this week and it was scheduled for a Thursday morning drop off. It was promised for completion on Friday but was ready for pickup Thursday evening. Great service and it saved me $40 in car rental. Excellent service from Alex or Allen.
