I was recently in an accident someone hit my Lexus SC it looked bad , Jesse D. from Gerber calmed me down and explained it looked worse than it truly looked. He was very professional in handling my vehicle and making me feel comfortable in having my car done at Gerber he stood behind the name and gave me a sense of relief. Car looks perfect and best thing it was completed on a nice sunny day for me to enjoy the convertable down .. THANK YOU JESSE AND GERBER WONDERFUL JOB.

Extraordinarily professional!!! I was kept informed of what was going on throughout the repair process. Gerber handled interaction with insurance company when repairs beyond those in the initial estimate were needed. Vehicle was delivered on time. Repairs look great!! They took the time to clean the vehicle inside and out. I can't think of anything that was done less than perfectly. I had not had collision damage in quite some time and did not really know what to expect. Absolutely a great experience!!!
