We had a great experience getting our minivan repaired after an accident. However, had to return to get the automatic door handle fixed. That in itself was no big deal as they ordered part and scheduled repair at no cost. Then came the fix, scheduled for 8:00AM on a Saturday and was advised it would take 20-30 minutes. Arrived on time, had to wait 30 minutes for tech to arrive, was told it was being cleaned up after 1 hour 30 minutes and finally got keys after total time of 2 hours 35 minutes. I appreciate the effort and service to get this fixed, but don't make low time promises you can't come close to meeting. Thankfully I had the time to deal with the delay. What would have been 5 stars turned into 2 stars after 2.5 hours of frustration.

I have been using Gerber Collisions for many years now. To be brief, let me simply say that I have always had what I consider to be superior service in all phases of the repair from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending Gerber to anyone.
