Great customer service provided by Jesus D. , you can see he takes pride in the workmanship Gerber does. I didn't have any question that this was the location to have my repairs done from day one . Jesus took time to explain detailed repairs also convinced me to have additional repairs while i had my vehicle in the shop. I will refer every to come see Jesus And the wonderful staff at Gerber HIGHLAND PARK. 10 star service !!!!!

I don't think I've experienced such an excellent level of competence and professionalism in a very long time. From the receptionist/assistant at the front desk to working on the phone with Zack (or Zach) and listening to the professional caring tone of the general manager, Rob Huddleson, the service and professionalism was unparalleled. And I study professionalism and teach it in my classes at the nearby community college. Gerber Collision and Glass did a phenomenal job on my car--it is shiny and new. The work was outstanding the updates on my cell phone were helpful and reassuring. Gerber set up my rental car for me and provided me with plenty of information so I could make informed decisions about my vehicle. You are all amazing. Something must be going right from the corporate office all the way to each branch. Amazing work. I'll ... definitely recommend you to anyone who needs glass or auto body work. My experience was very positive. I was treated with professionalism and the end result of my repair was great. The price was reasonable and competitive. The plus side was my car was returned to me clean and ready to go. I would definitely recommend Gerber to my friends. This is the second time they have repaired a car for me and both times I was happy with the results.

I was having car trouble on my way to work. My husband advised that I pull over. I pulled into the Gerber lot and did what he told me to do. My car wouldn't start after that. I went inside and asked for a jump. Mark Schulte was happy to ablige. When he opened the hood, he realized my battery was corroded and I would need another. He ordered the battery, replaced it and the alternator. He kept in touch with me as far as progress and price and had my car in running condition by the end of my work day. He was very helpful and provided outstanding customer service!

Rafael G. was tremendous from beginning to end. His quick response to the matter and attention to detail got my vehicle in and out quicker than ever expected. If I every have any body work to be done, I will go back to Gerber. I will also recommend Gerber to anyone needing such work.

I had my front bumper repaired on my 2010 lexus when I picked it up on10-27 2014 there was a blemish to the left of the licence plate. I brought it to sean borscha attention and he agreed to fix it. all the people I dealt with were very profesonal and polite. I paid 75.00 dollars extra to get a perfect job but I didn't. I just don't have the time to deal with it.
