I was side swiped by another driver along the the drivers side of my 2013 dodge charger. Gerber collision was highly recommended by my father who has used gerber to repair two of his vehicles in the past. Gerber collision did an outstanding job fixing my charger. The car looked great when they were done. They even went as far as to completely detail/clean the entire interior of my car. I was beyond impressed. Edgar (estimator) was very polite and professional. He took the time to go over the damage with me as well as go through everything on how they repaired my car when I picked it up. I am very happy with gerber collision they went above and beyond my expectations. Oh yeah, don't forget the lifetime warranty on the work they did! I give gerber a 5 star rating!

Alex was great in helping me with my car. I went in thinking I was going to have to pay a large amount of money to get some scratches painted over. He gave me an estimate. He advised me to go and buy a little bottle of paint from the dealer down the street and he would put it on. He put it on at no cost. I thought it was very nice of him to do that. Great job Alex.

Jose R. is the techinicain who repaired my windshield. He is on time and friendly. He first asked me if I have any questions for him or Gerber. I asked some questions and he answered my questions clearly. He also gave me some suggestions about how to maintain my new windshield. Great experience!

I was treated with the utmost courtesy, efficiency, convenience, competency and accommodation! Even a couple of minor items that were unrelated to the accident that brought me in for service were enthusiastically handled for me, at additional charge. However, all repairs were very reasonably priced! I could not believe how staff coordinated the rental car service, insurance claim and appointments to fit my needs so readily. As odd a statement as it may sound- barring any physical injuries- if one is going to have an automobile accident, Gerber makes it almost a pleasant experience!

I wanted to commend your employee Jason Genschoreck for a job above and beyond his duty. Jason would call every few days a let me know my mother's car was coming along, he was kind considerate and patient. Mother's 1998 88 Oldsmobile looks like it came off the show room floor. Fantastic job Jason you are great human being it is rare to find that these days. Thank you again for a wonderful job.
