My front bumber guard was disengaged from the front end and needed returning to its original postion. Jesse took a quick look at it and had a techie snap the body part back into postion at no cost. Looks great !! I highly recommend you take any car issue to Jesse in HP and he'll take care of you !!

I cannot speak too highly of the staff at this Gerber facility, especially Bob S., the Estimator who worked with me on understanding all the issues concerning the costs and repairs, and various scenarios of resolution to the extensive front-end damage of our car. It was restored on budgeted estimate, with early completion, and in excellent condition. There was tremendous empathy with us, especially right after an accident, with due care and thoughtfulness. Outstanding service and workmanship throughout! Thanks to the production manager and crew as well. Thank you.

Jason A. was the Estimator who worked with me. I came in early one afternoon after my right side mirror was ripped off. I wasn't in the best mood and might have been a bit short with him. Regardless, he was extremely happy, positive and energetic, and he was extremely accommodating and efficient with any questions I had. He ordered the part within a day, and I was able to come back in one day and have the mirror repaired. It was quick, as I was able to wait for it to be repaired only for about an hour, and they were efficient and productive. Awesome staff and service. I've taken my car here a few times and don't plan on taking my car anywhere else.

I just cannot express enough what a fantastic job Gerber has done !! It was such an easy, super friendly, very professional and stress free experience. The entire staff were there to take care of my every need when it came to my vehicle. All of my questions and concerns were answered and my car was done in two days. The quality of the work is superb and I was treated with such a supreme respect and friendliness that I have nothing but rave reviews for all my new friends at this awsome auto body shop. Most definately recommended. You will be satisfied!!!!!

Superior workmanship, superior personal, on-time. When the work was completed you thought it was a brand new vehicle. This is the third time that I have had work completed by them over the years. I will go back to them ( hopefully I won't have to ) but if I need work to be done they are the one's to do it. I tell anyone that asks this is the only shop you will ever need. Thanks again

They do an excellent job at this shop. The staff is very friendly and informative. They have fixed 3 of my vehicles at this location and all look great. My experience getting my Toyota Sienna repaired (after a front-end collision) at Gerber Collision and Glass in Palatine was outstanding. Jim, June and Dana were wonderful to deal with - friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. My van was in their shop for 5 days, and I received daily repair status updates via text messages. They provided me the estimated completion date at the very beginning, and the repairs were completed exactly on time...almost to the hour! The quality of the repair-workmanship was outstanding as well. They also stand behind their work by providing a lifetime warranty on repairs completed at their facility.
