Due to an outside vendor, the last few days Gerber had my car was extended by a couple of days. The Gerber representative, Carlos, and his manager went out of their way to keep me informed. Their commitment to superior customer service is why I will continue to use and recommend Gerber. Carlos, in particular, showed excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a particular commitment to customer service. He was more upset than I was when events did not go exactly as planned. He is an exceptional employee.
