Picked up my Honda Civic Coupe yesterday. Had some rear bumper and side panel damage. I also had some scratches and minor scuff marks. The car came back looking show room new. Most pleased. If you are open this Saturday will be stopping by with some cookies as my way to say thank you.

Very happy with the service that I received from Gerber. I requested a quote on Sunday afternoon and had someone out by Monday morning to replace my windshield. Had received many quotes in the past and this was by far the lowest. The service tech was also friendly and helpful.

I recently pulled the bottom of the bumper off of my car when it was caught on a curb. A minor problem but I could not drive my car and was stranded away from home. I was able to get to the Gerber location in Evanston and they kindly took care of my car on the spot and sent me on my way. They were courteous, competent and kind. What could have been a major inconvenience for me turned into a really pleasant experience because of their response.
