I just wanted to say a few words about the treatment I received at the Romeoville location. I had my SUV repaired there and a spot was missed so I called them and Mark came to my place of employment personally and picked up my vehicle, took it back to his shop and repaired and drove back to my work before I got off. They also cleaned my vehicle which was not expected but much appreciated. Great customer service and I highly recommend them.Thank again Mark!

On 11/19/14, I received the following exceptional services at Gerber/Alex(technician): Greeting, open for service on time, repair updates, repair cost savings, car cleaning, pick~up promise (received my van 24hrs earlier than expected and promised). By the way, Gerber is spotless inside. I highly recommend Gerber for your car repairs.

I was extremely pleased with the entire process at this facility. I was able to bring in the car the same day and Chris Freihaut assisted me throughout the entire process. Extremely professional service and the care was actually available two days earlier than estimated. I give high regards to this team, which includes the staff at the front desk as well as to Franco who made me available a rental within 15 minutes. Thank you all for a great job well done
