Jesus D. wrote the estimate, explained it, and when my truck was brought in for service he said that that it would take one to two days to complete; I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Jesus D. and the office staff were very courteous and helpful. This is the 2nd time I've used Gerber and would use them again in the future. I will recommend Gerber.

I was extremely satisfied with the service, professionalism, and results at the Orland Park (153rd St) location. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and very thorough with explaining the work on my car. I was even more satisfied with the constant updates and the fact that my car was finished ahead of schedule. Even more so, I was very pleased with the results on my car. I am very glad that I chose this location for the repairs on my car and wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of my friends and family to the same location.

I took my Acura in for repairs on my door locks, prior to this I brought it in for front end damage. After shopping around, asking detailed questions from multiple shops, I knew when I came to Gerber, they were the by far the most helpful, kind and caring staff out there. Tom is the best, sincere, amazing, he is truly genuine, kind and caring, and Handsome :) along with Smiling Andy , love her and of course Israel who will greet you at the door. I sent my friend Lucy to Gerber, She damaged her front bumper after hitting a snow bank last winter, never had it repaired,after she complained to me about all the other places she went to and was very frustrated with them all, She went to Gerber, almost one year later Tom again to the rescue , She called me and thanked me for telling her about Gerber and again raved about Tom and his staff. ... read more

five stars! for Mario Pereira! He went out of his way to help me resolve an air bag warning light issue on a car that was repaired by Gerber years ago. In addition to providing outstanding direct customer service, it's obvious that he is an effective manager. Customers are served promptly and as valued persons. His staff is productively engaged. The place is amazingly clean in comparison to other shops I've dealt with. He's a real asset to the corporation!

I was side swiped by another driver along the the drivers side of my 2013 dodge charger. Gerber collision was highly recommended by my father who has used gerber to repair two of his vehicles in the past. Gerber collision did an outstanding job fixing my charger. The car looked great when they were done. They even went as far as to completely detail/clean the entire interior of my car. I was beyond impressed. Edgar (estimator) was very polite and professional. He took the time to go over the damage with me as well as go through everything on how they repaired my car when I picked it up. I am very happy with gerber collision they went above and beyond my expectations. Oh yeah, don't forget the lifetime warranty on the work they did! I give gerber a 5 star rating!
