I loved the service from this location. I was updated throughout the entire process. They answered all questions and concerns I had. THey we're all very nice and polite. I would highly recommend Gerber collision and glass to family and friends, aswell as return for any future needs. My insurance company, AAA, is not on your list. My adjuster, Elise, had told me it probably would take 4 days for the work on my car, it was done in 2 1/2, that was very impressive, she was a pleasure to work with and the fact that you have Enterprise come to your facility and do all the paperwork is very time saving. I have never used Gerber Collision before but will definitely do it again as well as recommend you to others

Paperwork process was fast. When Enterprise Leasing did not bring the lease vehicle, GM Michele drove me to Enterprise location. Auto was repaired in one day. Service dept even fixed some unrelated small scratches on car. Thanks.

So nice- they even came and got me when it was fixed (5 days EARLY!!!). With a husband away on international travel and 3 kids- they managed to get me at m house in record time and I was on my way within minutes of getting into the facility. The car was SUPER CLEAN ( with 3 kids it was NOT the day of the accident). They seamlessly handled the USAA insurance and we had nothing to worry about. Freak accidents occur and if you need your car repaired look no further than Gerber Collision in Palatine, IL. We are not from here- only living here a year and we looked on YELP and found Gerber and we are very happy we did.

My service at Gerber Collision was second to none. Tony and Jim were extremely helpful and professional. They took time to explain every step of the process that was going to take place. Jim called me during the work to let me know how things were progressing. I was very impressed by the personal attention and quality of work. When my car was finished it looked like brand new! I highly recommended them.

Service was fantastic, everyone was friendly and everything was done for me in one day. My car was quite messy in the back seat from crumbs and what not from my 5 year old and not only did they vacuum everything but they wiped everything down and washed my car. I think this place has fantastic service. I will definately reccommend this gerber collision & glass. You were all fantastic...

I don't often write reviews, as I feel only exceptional companies and service deserve a review and this Gerber location (Downers Grove) deserves exceptional praise. Their workmanship and customer service are second to none. It is rare to find the attention to customers these days that I have found here...from the great service from the two young ladies that greet and help you when you first walk in the door to the G.M. My car looks perfect and I feel Gerber wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied no matter whatever it takes! ... even though they didn't need to, as everything was perfect...I will continue to recommend this shop to everyone.
