My name is Kimberly and I just want to give two thumbs up to Mr. Edgar R. I brought my car into the Oak Lawn location in Illinois on Wednesday and received a call from Mr. Rivera the following day to inform me that my car was ready. I was stunned of the turn-around time and the excellent job that they did. I highly recommend this location for any repairs needed, not only were they good and professional they were also friendly. Dispite never having used Gerber Collision before, I found the expirence painless. The courteous and professional employees advised me of costs and parts that needed to be replaced before work began and kept me appraised of the progress with regular updates both on the phone and text messaging, and met the finishing date that they set. I have to say that not only the repairs on my 2007 Toyota Rav 4 were done exceptionally , but Rachel S. was very exceptional to work with also. She listens well but is very quick as well as knowledgeable. Even when the window glass they received was defective, she called me promptly to tell me in a very courteous manner. Please excuse my delay in sending this.
