I can't say enough words about how kind, considerate and helpful ALL the staff were at this location. I had Jason C. help me, Ryan Perry, and a few others. They explained everything to me, went over everything about the car that was going to be done. If things weren't fixed right after I drove it I was to bring it back, in which I did and they took care of the problem. I wish all places of business were this easy to work with. They all should be commended for their professionalism and dedication to their jobs.

Customer service I thought was a lost art. I haven't experienced this kind of customer care in a very long time (like the old marshal fields where the customer meant something) I couldn't believe the updates as my car was being worked on from the moment I walked in they treated me as someone special, great feeling. I don't wish to have you service me again because I hope I never have an accident again (LOL) but if I do I would be back in a heartbeat. I will tell all my friends and family on a remarkable company you are and I hope that you can witness how special the personal you have working there. Everything was great! Customer service was excellent! The rental car was hassle free. I really appreciated the gerber special. The car looks fantastic! It looked clean inside and out.
