A totally 100% positive experience, from the estimate, to arranging for a rental car, to keeping me updated on progress. Had car ready 6 days before promised. Most important, appears to be a top-notch job at repair, and had car ready for us in pristine condition.

My daughter was involved with a Farmer's insured 12/22/14. Since the Farmer's insured was at fault, I went through them for the repairs and was given some names of repair places near my home. I chose Gerber Collision in Palatine. The staff , Judy & Joe whom I had the most contact with, were first class!! They made the experience a one stop fix! I always knew the status of the work they were doing by texts, which was nice to see. I felt very welcomed when I spoke to them over the phone or in person. Thanks Palatine Gerber for a great customer service experience during not such a fun time.

Confident, Competent & Comfortable. I was on crutches and couldn't pick up my car right away. Gerber was accommodating and professional; I would never take my car anywhere else. I knew the car would be fixed and was able to focus on my healing without stress.

I brought my car into the Oak Lawn location in Illinois on Wednesday and received a call from Mr. Rivera the following day to inform me that my car was ready. I was happy that this Gerber office was able to get me in and out quickly. The staff was very helpful getting me a rental car for the short period that my car was being repaired. The staff kept me well-informed during the repair period.
