My car was so clean and looked like new in just 3 days! The girls in the reception room were so very nice and knowledgeable. They even allowed me to leave my rental car there and they called Hertz to tell them to come and get the car. I was offered coffee in the waiting room. I felt like I was an important person. Thank you for helping a bad situation get all fixed so nicely.

We were blown away by the excellent service we received from Gerber collision. It was way beyond our expectations, our car looks fantastic. From the time we received the estimate until completion, Byron was very professional and kept us informed. They even provided a rental car until our car was finished. It looks brand new! Quality work. The price was also very reasonable. We would recommend Gerber Collision to anyone!!

Thank you for your help and assistance this morning in setting up an appointment to repair my windshield. Not what I planned to do on a Saturday morning and it was quick and painless. Stephanie D. Was your customer service agent that made this very easy to get done. She made sure I provided the correct information about the vehicle so it can be addressed the first time with the correct glass for the car. She took me through several options on how or where the repairs can be done and the limitations on temperatures if done remote without a garage. Thank you Stephanie for making this any easy experience and about servicing me, the customer!

Outstanding service from the time I walked into the door. Staff was very helpful and quick. I was told the repairs would take about 2 weeks and I had a call 1 week later saying my vehicle had been fixed. when I picked up the vehicle it had been cleaned both inside and out. It looked like I just bought it off the car lot. Thank you for all your hard work and making this process easy.

Everyone at Gerber was very nice and informative. Kept me informed the whole time the repairs were being made. Made it easy for me to get a rental car while repairs made. The man who hit me decided he wanted to pay for repairs out of his pocket versus thru his insurance- Scott also kept in contact with him arranging for car to be paid for. Will refer everyone to Gerber.
