Everything went so smoothly I was so happy. When does that ever happen?! Tricia P. was so kind and she kept me updated on the progress. I have to tell you that the first body shop I went to I left because I got a very bad feeling. I am so glad I came to Gerber in Highland Park. They vacuumed my car and cleaned the mats and the car was just BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you very much, perfect job.

The service was great. Friendly people behind the counter and they delivered on what they promised when they promised it. Pick up could have been quicker since I called before I came. I am a fleet driver and I work in my car so when I am dealing with repairs it is on work time so speed is even more important then friendly or explaining everything. But all in all a very good experience.

Great service! I am so happy that my friend recommended this shop for me. It was do worth it. The work was done very nicely and fast. Lucy at the office was helpfull and kind. Byron kept me updated with what work was being done and when, so nice. Very knowledgeable and patient with me. It was so worth the drive( 1 hr) ! I would recommend this place to fix your car.
