Jason and the entire staff were great to work with. They offered me a free rental car since my insurance did not cover it. They also finished my car in about 2 days when they quoted me at least 6 and the repairs looked fantastic. They were easy to speak with and were very understanding when a situation arose where I was not able to pick up the car right away. Overall, I had a great experience and would bring my car back here any time.

Wonderful service staff who kept me updated every step of the process. When my car was not able to be completed on time due to the holidays, Gerber set me up with a rental car at no expense to me. I was involved in an accident on 1/14/15. Gerber was a Select Service provider for Statefarm Insurance. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate me. To assure I was back in my car as soon as possible, the bumper was ordered the same day I came in. My car was finished by the next day. My hectic schedule would not allow me to get to the shop before closing. Luis C., the estimator, stayed two hours after closing time so that I could pick up my vehicle. Gerber staff helped to make my situation as smooth and stress free as possible. I highly recommend their service.
