My repair was done in a very timely manner and they worked around my schedule beautifully. I was out of town when they finished and they were great about storing the car an extra day until I could pick it up. One of my floor mats went missing during the repair and when I brought it to their attention, they looked for it. When it couldn't be found, they ordered a new one for me and I picked it up a few days later. These people go the extra mile to make my experience very smooth and easy. Thanks!!

The staff went above and beyond!! Because my teenage son caused the damage to the rear bumper we didn't want to go through insurance so we saved to pay out-of-pocket. The estimator understood our concerns and found every way possible to save us money. Gerber's final cost was about $500 below the other estimates we received. The work was very well done AND they got it back to me ahead of schedule! I was so appreciative that when I picked up the car, I brought them cookies. :)

I just had a great experience getting a side window fixed at Gerber. The freezing temperatures had caused the glass to detach from the raising/lowering mechanism. They were able to get me right in and fix it in just 20 minutes - and for a lot less than the other shops I checked with.

The service was quite complete, I had not had a chance to actually drive the car, however the overall service was very good, Byron and Lucy were very good at what they normally do, and I would say above the normal service received.
