After being rear-ended, I found that there were so many places that I could have taken my car in for repair. I decided on Gerber because my neighbor had recommended it to me. The receptionist June, was very pleasant and friendly, the service was great, all the way around.

Gerber's Buffalo Grove location was a fantastic experience for an otherwise unpleasant situation. My car recently had a mishap with this seasons heavy snow and I knew many body shops were going to be busy. I called this location up and from the getgo it was a painless experience aside from being apart from my vehicle. Steve, Mark, and the rest of the BG Gerber team provided an amazing experience and kept me updated through personal phone calls as well as text alerts. The car was finished ahead of schedule and the results were phenomenal as the car looked better than i can remember. I would recommend this location if you end up needing collision repair and value the integrity of the work done. Again big thanks to Steve, Mark and the rest of the Buffalo Grove team!!!

Gerber's customer service is excellant. I was well taken care of and in the little time I was there, I saw that other customers were well taken care of as well. I will recommend them to my friends and although I hope to never need their services again, I would absolutely use them if I ever needed body work done in the future.

In January 2015 I was involved in a car accident with my Chevy Trail Blazer. The at fault driver had State Farm Insurance, so I was required to go to Gerber in Des Plaines Illinois. The employees at this location were fantastic! I had the most interaction with Cory. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. Steve who completed the repairs did an awesome job. My SUV looks just like new! Carlos who finished some detail work did a great job. Fate in reception was friendly and helpful. I also spoke with the manager John by phone, he was very accommodating and took the time to answer all my questions. Please recognize and thank everyone for their excellent service.

Eveyone at Gerber was friendly and attentive. Tim provided updates during the process and everything was handled as he said it would be. Jacqueline from Enterprise was very helpful and had my rental ready when I dropped off my car. The repairs were complete in two days and my car came back looking spotless and repaired. I would highly recommend Gerber and Enterprise. I was glad that USAA directed me to Gerber Collision.

Byron B accurately estimated the value of the damage, staff followed up quickly to get an appointment set up, and all insurance paperwork was smoothly taken care of without any work on my part. My car was repaired, washed, and dashboard alert lights resolved at pick up. I think it was Byron again who worked hard at pick-up to ensure we were leaving as happy customers. Will come back for any future repairs! Thank you!
