Superb service, as always. Ray is an outstanding ambassador for your company. He even had our car cleaned both inside and out before he came to our house to pick us up when our car was ready! Also, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and courteous. We have been customers for many years, and the repairs and service are always top-notch. You guys are the best!

I loved the text updates I got the moment I dropped my car off. I knew what was happening before taking it in, while it was there, and after it was done. Not only did I received text updates, but I also received personal phone calls. I was told it was going to take a week to get my car back, but the best part is that it only took four days. They did a great job on the body work and blending the colors. Thanks for taking care of my car.

Ive always had a good experience from Gerber collision and glass. Even when something needed attention from past repairs Mark was always willing to step up quickly and get the job done as soon as possible. They have always returned my car interior and exterior and you can ask Mark he manager on this, as clean as I keep it which means alot to me.

This was my second having my car (s) repaired at Gerber in 4 months. Each time was a great experience. From Jenn at the reception desk, my estimator Dana to Tony who had the dent popped out in one day right to another fella named Tony who detailed everything inside & out like a true pro! My car was back on the road in 4 days. I wouldn't even think of taking my vehicles anywhere but Gerber! Thanks again for the great service!! :)

The service, repair and bodywork on my car was beyond expectation. From Gina at the front desk, to the nice young man who detailed my car before delivery, and the guy who explained what was done (wish I could remember their names), I was blown away with their customer service. They took great care of me and my car. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, although I hope I don't need their services again!. They turned an accident/bad experience into an exemplary customer service experience! And my car looks and rides like new!

No one likes to be in an accident. I was most thankful no one was hurt in mine. What I didn't expect was how pleased and grateful I was for the service from Gerber! My car was repaired quickly and looks like nothing happened to it. On top of it, June (at the front desk) was helpful, professional, empathetic, cheerful, and friendly. I was able to drive the rental in to "trade" for my repaired car. When I walked in, she called me by name, and immediately radioed the shop for my car to be brought to the front door. While I hope to not need Gerber again for a collision, it's nice to know a place I can take it where it will be repaired quickly and well, and I can count on an exceptionally pleasant and positive experience overall!! Thank you!

I was thrilled with the speed and effiency at Gerber. I am over 80 years everything ran very smoothly. Picked up a loaner at Enterprise and was able to return it at Gerber when my car was repaired. It looks great and clean. Very happy with the whole experience.

Raul & Aaron! You guys are the greatest!!!! My insurance is with Geico but their (the guy who hit me) insurance is with Farmers. I must say......the adjuster from Farmer's was beyond helpful. My experience with Gerber was AMAZING! My wife and I would always laugh at your radio commercials because it would always sound funny. She said that was the reason for choosing Gerber. Well, my baby did good. I can't stress this enough......you guys went above and beyond to make everything perfect again and we LOVE IT! Our truck even feels like it's running and acceling better. I can't thank you guys enough. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

Everyone at the Glenview shop was excellent, friendly and very accommodating. Chris was very professional, pleasant and explained everything, reassuring me that my vehicle was in good hands and that it will be just perfect (which it was) . I was also EXTREMELY happy when they called and said that they could take my car earlier than expected for repairs. I received text message updates on my car and the estimated completion date. I was surprised when the car was done early, and could not have been happier with the work that was done. When the car was returned not only had the body work been completed to look like new, but the interior of the car looked as if it had been detailed. I will never go anywhere else for my repairs. Chris and everyone at Gerber in Glenview gets a bit THUMBS up from me!!!!! Thanks.
