Jennifer was extremely helpful and nice. She waited for me after hours so that could pick up my Vehicle. Went over my damage and let me know that I had a lifetime warranty which is awesome to hear. Will recommend this shop!

Always a pleasant experience at this location, starting with the first contact, Gina, as you enter the office. She always has a bright smile and a warm greeting. The technicians here do fabulous work, and the bumper repair, paint job and quick service remind me that if I need any other body work, I will always come to this location.

These folks were truly professional, courteous, responsive and do excellent work. June H. the Customer Svc Rep was outstanding and made the process completely transparent and easy. She is a total asset to this office with a wonderful sense of humor, great smile, straightforward and knowledgeable. She is just a really good person.

Mr. Dobner, is a real professional. He explained everything fully, and by the time I left I knew that the job was going to be done right and it was. I love being confronted with excellence and I was. I rarely visit a body shop so I was a little worried. I had no idea that Gerber was so big(and Good).

Great service. Best experience I've had with car repair. Everyone was very courteous & helpful. Extra clean facility. My cars bumper had to be replaced. It was done in one day & matched perfectly. They even washed my dirty car. Employees knowlegeable & happy to please customers. Tony C, General Manager, was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone.
