Our experience at Gerber was very positive. Jesse at the Highland Park shop was very helpful and accomodating. The repairs were completed early and when we arrived, they had also fixed a light that was not attached, cleaned our headlights, and fixed a small area that was not part of the original repair. For us, it became an even better experience when a couple of days later, our windshield seal became unattached. My son brought the car in to ask for an estimate and Gerber immediately did a quick repair on it (within 15 minutes) and reattached the light they had originally reattached as it was not holding as expected. These items were not part of the original repair and the effort to go above and beyond was deeply appreciated. Thank you to Jesse and the rest of the staff at the Highland Park Gerber location.

I have used Gerber for my past two repairs. I have had the most fabulous service EVER. They went over and above in both situations. I felt completely care of. They were FAST efficient and kept me updated at every point. Everyone there was professional yet kinda felt like family because they made me feel like I was the only one there when taking in my vehicle. My vehicle came back cleaner inside & out each time as well. When getting your repairs are never fun Gerber kinda makes it feel like fun. Kinda corny sounding but its true. I will never go any where else.

I had a very pleasant experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Highland Park, IL, from start to finish! I came in for a front bumper repair that involved fixing breaks, cracks, refinishing, and repainting. Being an automotive paint detailer by trade, I am very picky with the cleanliness of work. The team at Gerber more than surpassed my standard! The paint on my BMW is not the easiest to match, but they excelled with a factory-like finish! Everyone at Gerber was very warming and hospitable. Throughout the whole repair process, Matt, the Assistant General Manager, kept me updated with regular updates through text messages. During the estimate, he walked me through the whole process of preparation and repair of the bumper. Customer service is Highland parks number one priority as I just witnessed . Repairs were handled by Mr D. a great person to deal with. Frt staff as lovely as can be helpful in everyway . Came to pick up my car and it had rained a bit before gettimg there Mr D. pulled my car in and washed and dried it . This store tops any auto repair experience I have ever had in my many years.
