The purpose of this email is to thank you and your team for the OUTSTANDING service I feel we received during this period. While I have little or no personal experience in dealing with auto repair shops, I was most appreciative for the frequent updates and status reports, both by text and phone. I came in for an estimate on a Saturday shortly before closing. Jesus greeted me with a smile and efficiently "got the ball rolling". He felt the car was not safe for night driving and quickly got me a loaner to drive. Later that day, he emailed me an estimate and the repair has already been initiated. This is "out-of-the-box" service. Jesus, is dedicated, intelligent, and understands customer service. Simply, repairing my car has be an effortless process thanks to Jesus.

What great staff you have , I stopped in just a minute ago I have used Gerber in the past . It was a little past closing but your estimator Jesse D. went out of his way to look at my vehicle. Last month I went to Gerber Collision at 3425 N. Halsted in Chicago Illinois. I worked with Chris F and his team. I never had an accident before and did not know what to expect. Chris was the most responsive and thorough person I have every dealt with. He and his team got right on it making calls to me every few days to update me on the progress. I will highly recommend Gerber and Chris to anyone needing repair service. They deserve 10 stars. The finished product was so good I feel like I have a brand new car.

I was very pleased with the service I received at the Gerber in Aurora. The staff and management treated me with respect and keep me inform the entire time my car was in service at their location. I was grateful when the General Manager took me out to my car and reviewed the repairs with me and assured me that the vehicle was repair correctly and that they would stand by their work.

The young woman who gave the estimate was very knowledgeable and thorough. She explained the estimate in detail and presented the options available to me in a way that I could understand. At time of pick up, she explained the charges, how to care for the car in the next 30 days, and my options if I have questions going forward. I don't remember her name but I think she is Hispanic. Super professional.
