The Quality of work and customer service exceeds in every way at Gerber highland park . I knew I made the right choice by bringing my car back for repairs from the moment I was given the estimate. The Service writer Jesus D. exceeded the bar of customer service and knowledge . He stood by his Team as he mentioned and gave me a time frame of repairs which I didn't believe until the status calls made out confirmed it, he walked me threw every step and I was impressed by the great communication. Then came the call I was awaiting for, my car was ready for pick up and what a great job they did they . it made the wife happy and we all know that's whats most important. Thanks Gerber I will always recommend your location.

Diane and the staff at Gerber was great. She exceeded my expectations & even helped me out when I was not happy with the rental I got. She went above and beyond customer service & got my vehicle back to me before the original date she promised. I would defiantly recommend Gerber to friends and family.

From setting an inspection appointment, a drop off appointment to staying in communication throughout the repair process, I could not be happier. This is my first time visit. I found all the staff members very friendly, professional and accommodating. They took care of the car rental and made the entire transition very easy. They returned my car within four days looking brand new. I will definately refer my friends and family and I will continue to use Gerber for any future repairs. Only one situation occurred when I received the repair bill via email, I had a concern so I replied to the email, however, I didn't get a response prior to picking up my car.
