I am very amused of the courtesy of the people at this branch. Lucy is so nice to tell me to set down and have a cup of coffee. They are courteous and very dependable. They give me 100% satisfaction of their work especially how they do my Honda Pilot Car. I will certainly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to my friend and family. I would like to give a good comment to Mario he is very friendly and made you feel at home, he made me feel special by saying he was from the Philippines.

Excellent service! I came to Gerber to have a couple scratches on my car looked at. I worked with Mark, and he was excellent. Rather than try and paint the car he recommended we try and buff out the scratches. It worked and looks great! I would definitely recommend Gerber to a friend!

I was very impressed with the service we received overall for the repairs of my daughter's vehicle. The text message updates were awesome and a great personal touch to keep me on point with where you guys were in the repairs. Everything with the vehicle was fabulous, the door, the window, the mirror, the paint job, all perfect. I also appreciated the detailing after the repairs were complete, the vehicle was returned clean, and even the tires were shiny :-). When I came to pick up the vehicle I was greeted with a smile by the front desk receptionist give a status and asked if I wanted coffee or water, the gentlemen sitting in the office also came out and spoke and gave me a status, the gentlemen bringing the vehicle to me also gave me feedback and told me to call if I had any issues. Our contact at your facility was Vito P. He estimated the damage done to my 2013 Toyota Sienna after being hit in a parking lot. The individual that hit my van contacted me and she sent the check to pay for the damages. Vito was very good and very Customer focused. Got car in and repaired in just 4 days-other company quoted early June. All repairs and paint job were excellent. Jason was also very customer focused. We were provided feedback as to the status of the job in a timely manner.
