From setting an inspection appointment, a drop off appointment to staying in communication throughout the repair process, I could not be happier. This is my first time visit. I found all the staff members very friendly, professional and accommodating. They took care of the car rental and made the entire transition very easy. They returned my car within four days looking brand new. I will definately refer my friends and family and I will continue to use Gerber for any future repairs. Only one situation occurred when I received the repair bill via email, I had a concern so I replied to the email, however, I didn't get a response prior to picking up my car.

I had a positive experience and would recommend them to others. I came in to fix a bumper. The whole process was very easy. I was welcomed by a friendly staff and they thoroughly explained how my car would be repaired. Also, I was frequently updated with text and phone calls. My car was ready before the promised date. The staff and service exceeded my expectations.

I have had a few repairs done at Gerber and every time they are great! I love how they let me know exactly what is going on. They even took the time to buff out some scuffs on my car due to just wear and tear. I would definitely recommend them.

From beginning to end everyone was very helpful and friendly. When I got my car back I was pleasantly surprised to find that all of my windows and the interior of my car had been cleaned. My car had been broken into and my purse stolen. After dealing with everything that comes with that it was a relief that every thing went so smooth with my car repairs. Thank you!
