I came to Gerber - La Grange after a very favorable experience with a Gerber facility on North Halsted in Chicago. Now as then, I was treated courteously and most responsively. A technician was waiting for me when I arrived and assessed the repairs. A manager then greeted me and discussed the work to be done. This facility is well organized and is very efficient. "Job white boards" are used to communicate the status of various operations. PPG paints and finishes are used in the restoration process. Earlier in the week, I had my windshield re-sealed (minor leak) and the quality of work was excellent. I would definitely return to Gerber for any and all collision and body work.

Kevin did a wonderful job handling all the necessary details involved getting my Mercury repaired. He worked diligently and thouroughly to ascertain a fair estimate and followed through making sure all the repairs were completed. He was professional, caring, and prompt to keep me up to date with the status. Kevin is extremely competent, customer friendly, and a pleasure to know.

I have never had such a wonderful experience until I choose the Collision & Glass Gerber Team @ the Round Lake, IL facility. The vehicle was completed on time and I was always kept updated on progress via text ! My loaner was provided to the facility and was clean and a newer model ! My vehicle had some special needs that were over and above the call of duty and they cheerfully took care of issues! WELL DONE GERBER! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! A++++++

10/10 especially this location, I don't know much about cars and having this one close to home, my family has used this location several times, and they're the best! Honestly there isn't one bad thing I could say about this company and as mentioned before more specifically this location! Michele Flores is awesome! She explains everything to you, with pure honesty, and truly makes you feel like your family to them! Every single one of their employees is awesome and they leave your car looking NEW! If your looking for a good place to get your car repaired and get the best customer service, you have to come here!

My wife and I truly received excellent service, but we call it "A WOW" customer experience! The claims estimator, Dana N. was friendly, courteous and professional!!! She explained everything to us, as far as the process and asked us if we had any questions; the few we had she explained. And another gentleman, Marcus was so helpful to us when we came to pick up our car. To look at our car and the repairs that were done, we said to ourselves, they did a great job; this car looks brand new. Also, I need to make mention of from day one with the receptionist and anyone that we came in contact with, the service from all was outstanding.!!

While the work itself was okay, there was a spot on a wheel well from a prior incident that could have be looked at or asked if we wanted that painted as well. Maybe in the future you include an entire inspection. I would have mentioned but you took the car from my wife right away and started to move it from one location to another inconvenient location.
