Went to Gerber, not knowing their reputation. Dealt with Darryl H. through the entire process. Even though shop was busy, because of a potential safety issue, kept car immediately to be worked on. Kept me informed and up to date throughout the process. Car was finished a week earlier than originally stated. Made a nasty accident, a painless process. Would definitely recommend this Gerber shop on Estes Ave.., in Schaumburg. Went above and beyond.

Overall customer service and timeliness was great! The work done looked good as well. Although the interior of the car was still full of dust from the shop after the repair was done even though it seemed as if someone tried to wipe it down a little. They just left swirl dust marks on the dash.
