My estimator was Bob and their team is excellent at what they are doing and they really know. I was little nervous because of how bad my car looked and wasn't sure if i picked the right place but after all i am super happy with everything and my car looks fantastic. I would come back if i ever need my car to be fixed and i would recommend Bobs team for everybody.

They did an awesome job on the repairs and taking care of my vehicle. The email updates were a good added feature. However, I wish they would have called me to talk to me about what was going on with my vehicle I had to call them that's the only reason they aren't five stars in my book. I hope they work to improve their communication with customers.

I stopped in this morning 6/16/15 to get an estimate for what I thought was a broken windshield and a scratched hood. Vito came out and introduced himself and after a short inspection he determined that the windshield and the hood had some sort of glue spilled on them. He then took some rubbing compound and began to my delight make the glue disappear off the windshield. Another of the shops techs did the same with the area on the hood. In less than fifteen minutes they had made what I thought was going to cost many dollars and much time a solved problem. Gerber is the only place we take our cars to get repaired and service like this is a testament to why I would not hesitate to recommend you see Vito at Gerber. Thanks again.

I would like to personally thank all of you again for a wonderful and great job you all did, in repairing my car, and in a timely manner. I really appreciated your care and concerns in helping me get my car looking back in good shape.. The way you handle issues with the insurance company and making sure it was fixed correctly. Thank you for even cleaning out my car and going the extra mile, in taking off all of those extra stickers from the windshield. I didn't know how to get them off and it was well overdue( Lol). Keep doing a great job, being friendly, kind, caring, and the Lord will bless you all and your business( this I pray for you) ! ! !

I took my car in to be repaired and Gerber did a good job. From the time I dropped the car off, Gerber sent email keeping me informed of there progress. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate the care they took with my vehicle and the concern they showed for getting my vehicle back top me in the time promised. I had a very good experience.
