after getting backed into we took our car over to gerber for repairs. The entire staff was kind and professional. the car was finished ahead of schedule and when there was a small problem with some chips in the repaired area they went above and beyond to make sure that it was repaired to our satification which resulted in them having to repaint the area and provide use with a courtesy rental for the time the car was in getting repainted.

Customer service was extremely nice and courteous. The estimator was very helpful in explaining the parts and labor as well as the overall process. We were very pleased with the result with the outstanding workmanship. The warranty on all Gerber Repairs over the lifetime of the car was a great comfort. Thanks again for everything!

Jim G is a man of his words when the car came back on time and fixed. Car body work was great and they cleaned the entire car. There was a little problem with the door lock and they fixed it next day, no hassles. Michele F took care of the paperwork and the rental car which all went very well. The rental car company was there in less than 10 minutes of my appointment. I hope I do not have to use Gerber again, but I will based on my experience.

I wish there was 6 or 7,8,9,etc. stars available because I'm not sure 5 stars is adequate to say how truly fantastic the service was from Gerber. Not only was my car fixed, but the personnel there are incredibly kind, understanding, and kept me informed every step of the way. Truly exceptional service; this is the 2nd time I have used Gerber after an car accident. Now, that wasn't an accident. WOW I especially want to recommend a raise and a cruise for Doug who was totally honest with me and delightful.
