The actual charge came in less than the estimate. EVERY individual I spoke with was a pleasure to deal with. Working with Enterprise with Gerber made my life easy. Everything about my experience was positive - my car looks GREAT. My son recommended you and I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend Gerber - I did get another quote which was $300 higher and in comparing the two quotes - they were doing the same thing....... truly al I can say is thank you!

My wife and I have now used Gerber 3 different times and each time it has been phenomenal. The service is always amazing. I had to go out of state on a business trip and not only did they call me every Tuesday and Thursday with status updates, they held my wife's car locked in the shop until we got back into town even though the service was completed. Fantastic service, we will definitely be coming back with any other needs.

I had the misfortune of being in two accidents within a couple weeks. The team at the Elston location made an unfortunate situation much easier. Jennifer at the front desk was so pleasant to deal with, Raphael was such a sweetheart giving me a ride home and picking me up when the repairs were completed each time. My estimator Ryan kept me updated throughout the whole process and they even got the car done early on both occasions. That is only speaking about the excellent service so far, but the work that they did on my car was absolutely flawless. It came back looking better than it did before the accident, and they even cleaned it for me!! Thank you to all the staff at the Elston location. I hope I don't need it again, but if I do need my car fixed again I know where I will be going!!
