the charge came in under estimate, they painted the part before installing to save my time & limit inconvenience of waiting a day for the paint to dry. the time from estimate to completion 5 days. It could have been shorter but was on my schedule.

This is my second mishap with my vehicle & have used Gerber on both occasions. staff is courteous, professional & put you at ease the moment you walk in the door. On my second repair, they ran in to some difficulty w/parts & covered the cost of my rental for the extra week! Also made another repair unrelated to the accident & split the cost with me since it was out of pocket & they were a week late. Aces in my book... would definitely recommend to anyone. Bill @ the Oak Lawn location is "The Man"...
