I was awed by the professionalism of the entire experience. The estimator Bill G. was absolutely pleasant to deal with. The appointment was made and my car was ready actually before the promise date! I have been in the automotive field for over 45 years and am so glad that there are still people in the industry that really care about the customer. This was definitely a positive experience. Hopefully I wont get rear ended again in the near future, but if I do I will definitely call on Bill and the Gerber Collision people!!! Thanks so much, Robert Rossow

I can not say enough good things about this company. Jessica is a customer service queen and the men behind the curtain are just as awesome with the amazing repairs on my Mazda. The entire team over there went above and beyond to make my experience as easy as they could. They have made a customer for life over here and I will recommend anyone I know to go to not only Gerber but the Round Lake location especially, Im sure they are all great but Jessica and Tim really made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks for all you do I hope I wont be back anytime soon tho.

I recently had a car accident in which I was hit from behind and my bumper needed to be replaced. The quality of service over exceeded my expectation. I dropped of the car on a Wednesday night and it was ready for pick up by 2PM the next day. Didn't even take them 24 hours to finish the job. I even received phone calls updating me on the repairs. I was a little worried at first regarding the quality of work due to the turn around time, but to my surprise top quality work. I would highly recommend their service. Thanks for all your hard work.

I was texted and telephoned regularly from the day I brought my car in for repair until I picked it up when it was completed. Chris, the appraiser, followed the work from day to day and reported back to me, keeping me informed on the progress and the completion expected date. It was reassuring to know that the work was progressing and gave me a sense of comfort, knowing my car was being given the professional attention I hoped for.
