I give it 5 stars., the service was very good,. The estimator Mr. Beau C. explain the details of the repair . Also it was quick turn around... I put my car in the shop Wednesday and had it back by Friday. That is service awesome service

We had our Toyota Prius repaired at your Elmhurst, IL location. Krystian S. was our Estimator. We were extremely pleased with the high-level of customer service that he provided us. Krystian was pleasant, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable from the beginning, and he kept us well-informed throughout the repair process. We had a good feeling about all. When the repair was finished, before we expected it, he reviewed every detail of the repair in your shop with us to ensure we were satisfied. Our car looked great! The office personnel were very informative and friendly. Our vehicle was ready when they had told us it would be. Getting the text messages everyday letting us know how our Dodge was doing was great. It kept us up to date on the repairs. I will recommend this auto repair/glass to all my family and friends. I want to thank Gerber collision for taking good care of the family van.
