Tom S., Estimator was warm, knowledgable, considerate, quality-oriented, and very professional. He was intent on ensuring my satisfaction. In the past, I used Lynn Mar in Skokie before they were acquired by another company. I thought I would experiment with another body shop. I am glad I did. Repair was perfect. They even touched up other minor problem areas. In short, they were great. I will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Amazing Amazing Amazing!! I picked up my car last night and it looked better than new!! They even cleaned out the inside, shampooed my carpets and floor mats. The entire process from start to finish was flawless and easy, done by the amazing staff. Jessica was super friendly and helpful, The general manager was beyond helpful and caring, the men who worked so hard on my car, and Miguel the estimator. I have nothing but great things to say about this office and how well put together they are and their ability to work so well together as a team to create a positive, and stress free experience for their customers. I hope I don't have to come back anytime soon but if i do, I know where I am going, and better be sure I am spreading the word to everyone I know!! I can't thank all of you enough!!

My experience from day 1 was excellent. Jason gave us a reasonable estimate to repair the body of my car. He gave us a tour of the body shop and was most informative. Anna was very professional and hospitable. I was able to leave my car at the shop beyond the completion date as I was on vacation. In addition, when I went to pickup the car I noticed a small chip Ray offered to take care of immediately. I brought the car to the shop the following Monday and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Gerber to my friends. Thank you all for your great service.
