After an initial negative experience with some customer service issues, I was promptly contacted by the general manager, Don H. He went far above and beyond in fixing the issues as well as my vehicle. The work on the vehicle was excellent, and done in a timely manner. Don really made me feel like a valued customer, and I greatly appreciate his assistance. I would gladly return in the future...

The repair was A+ in addition to being completed in a timely manner. Great Communication as they kept me update to date as to the progress of the repair a few times both texting and calling. I appreciated learning the recommendations for not waxing and using a touch less car wash which were helpful. My car was washed and cleaned inside and out when i picked the car up. Very courteous employees. Convenient to have enterprise within 1/2 mile as well. Will recommend this Gerber collision to all in the future.
