My vehicle was in and out of there within 3 days. Ernie, the car technician was very polite and explained, the the process, damages to my car and how they would fix it. He kept me up t to date through out the process and answered all of my questions. Beth , the receptionist was welcoming and immediately put me at ease when I walked in. I would recommend this location of Gerber Collision..
