To whom it may concern, I had to let u guys know about the exceptional service i recieved from your store manager at your 63rd street location in Chicago. His name is Rafael G., he is one of the most intelligent, customer 1st focused, patient, knowledge guy i have ever came in contact with in a public facility. Although it was after hours when i came to pick up my 2004 Chevy Blazer there was no rush, he told me everything that was done to my vehicle to repair it, my truck was vacuumed, washed and cleaned like never before, air freshened out and the work performed made my front end look totally brand new and my overall vehicle feel so much better. I really hope that this review reaches the right person so that Rafael and is team is recognized for the superb service that they give because they deserve it!!

Everybody was wonderful. They walked us through the process and explained everything to us. They were very polite and courteous. They worked with our insurance company so we didn't have to, this saved us a lot of time. I have nothing negative to say about the employees at this location. I would recommend anybody that needs repair to their vehicle to Gerber.

Cory and John provided exceptional service from the moment I walked into the office. The office staff in general, was professional and welcoming. I had some concerns with how my damage could be repaired, but they walked me through the whole process and had the job completed in a timely manner. The finished work was impressive, and my car looked brand new when I left. I would recommend Gerber to anyone, especially if they can get to this location to have the work completed.

I had slowly bumped the rear edge of my Camry's right fender causing a slight dent that rubbed noisily against the forward edge of the door. After gently and kindly presenting an estimate close to a thousand dollars to make the repair correctly, Mark suggested the grating sound could be fixed, without painting, for no charge. Within ten minutes he returned, and showed the completed repair to me. Thank you, Mark, for making me a very happy and grateful customer, who will continue to return to Gerber.
