The staff was very friendly and professional. Although there was a small issue on delivery they immediately assured us it would be taken care of. They then made sure we got the car back when we needed it. Overall they made it a better experience than we thought it would be.

My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was exceptional. Beginning with Ashley to Italio . Ashley was so informative and courteous, to getting me a rental on the spot. Italio fixed a little flaw while I waited and it was perfect. I even told a gentleman who brought his car in for repair he would be completely satisfied as I was. You guys are the BEST!!!!!

I took my Charger in last week for front bumper repair. Tom R. was my estimator and he took great care of me and most importantly my vehicle. I even received up to date text messages informing me on my vehicle status. I knew i had chosen a great shop when i received a call from Tom informing me they would have to keep my vehicle a few more days in order to properly match my red torrid paint. I was totally OK with this because it showed me they were not willing to sacrifice quality over time. When i picked up my Charger i couldn't have been happier with the quality work Gerber provided me with. All in all i highly recommend Gerber collision & glass. I will definitely come back to them for any future repairs.
