Ernie and Mandy are two of the most helpful and professional people I have encountered in the customer service field. Constantly keeping me up to date on the progression of work being done with my vehicle and its proposed completion date. I would HIGHLY recommend this collision shop to anyone I know in need of having their vehicle repaired.

The staff was friendly, attentive and articulate. The job was done quickly and the work was of the highest quality. They even replaced my brake light at no charge...and I loved that my car was returned REALLY clean. Sam R. helped me with the final walkaround and he was wonderful. Everyone exceeded my expectations.

I have taken my vehicle to Gerber on a few occasions and the service is ALWAYS top notch!! The customer service is unparalleled!!! Most recently my vehicle was scheduled for a three day repair. To my surprise they finished in one. I received text messages throughout the process give me the current status which was a nice addition to their services. I will continue to recommend this location to others.

Took my minivan to get see if Gerber could repair front door. I had hit a wall at McDonalds and was not able to open the passenger front door. Amy looked at our damage and was super helpful.. She then asked Ernesto (Ernie) if he could look at it. Ernie fixed it quickly and easily. AWESOME JOB!!! HIGHLY recommend this Gerber. Thank You Amy and Ernie
