My experience with the Gerber located Crystal Lake IL, has been mostly positive. It was less than a year my car was in, due to an accident and now again for a tree hitting my car in a wind storm. A huge thank you to all the staff at Gerber. Ruth, who answered the phone and my questions, to the managers, and especially Eddie, who gave me the estimate and then kept me informed twice weekly about the progress. To all who fixed my car to look like new, a big applause. I will recommend to anyone who needs repair on their car, and you might see us again.!!!!
