He made my car look brand new again drives the same or even better nice detail OE parts I was called every 2 times a week on updates on my car I'm so happy I came to this location. We brought in our 05 Corolla to be repaired as we were hit in a parking lot. Gerber people so Professional and courteous and answered all of our questions. So impressed, we were back in our car in 1.5 days and it looks great!! Kudos to them. They even washed and vacuumed our car. Highly recommend.

My experience with the Gerber located Crystal Lake IL, has been mostly positive. It was less than a year my car was in, due to an accident and now again for a tree hitting my car in a wind storm. I want to thank the young women Carie W. for being so kind, attentive and respectfully to me through this whole ordeal, of dealing with the emotionally aspect of the tree landing on my car while driving down the road. The insurance company will pay won't pay dilemma and the various glitches in the repair of my vehicle. Carie happen to come in to work, on her day off (which was very busy that day, since the day before we had severe wind storms). The girl at the desk was swamped with phone calls and people coming in and stated the estimator schedule was filled and was not sure that he would be able to look at my car.
