Awesome work! I've used Gerber Collision on southwest highway in oak lawn a couple of times and they have always done a great job. While my car was there they always kept me updated as to what was going on with my car too. I really appreciate the customer service and workmanship.

It was a very smooth and fluid process that began the moment my husband and I entered your facility to the day we picked up the repaired vehicle. It was like a new car. I stopped by this morning without an appointment and asked if they could give me an estimate to fix the latch on the rear door latch of my Toyota Sienna. I was expecting that they would look it over, give me a quote and ask me to come back, or at least leave the vehicle with them. Instead, they fixed it on the spot and I was extremely happy with the price. Next time I need my windshield replaced or I have a car in need of body work, I will definitely be bringing it to them. BTW, I've also used Gerber in Skokie several times and I've been very pleased. I would go back to them as well.

My experience was outstanding. The repaired quarter panel looks great, my car was clean and spotless with tires dressed, and Gerber even picked up the car rental bill due to an insurance snafu.

My car was involved in a hit and run shortly before I was scheduled to leave on vacation. I brought my car in to the Halsted location and was approached at the front counter by Rick. I later found out that he is the General Manager of this location. He put me at ease and assured me that my car was in good hands and that his team would bring my car back to it's original glory. Got a call while I was on my trip letting me know my car was ready. Came back to town, went in that day and wow! We paid our deductible, signed a document and Rick had the car pulled up. Took all of about 10 minutes. The car was shining and reminded me of the day I picked it out at the showroom. This Gerber location is FIRST RATE. The facility is spotless and they offer coffee and pop corn. Owner/Manager John is a knowledgeable and is quick to give a quote. The office staff are also knowledgeable and friendly and went out of their way to help me. The car was done as promised and the work they did was unnoticeable. A PERFECT JOB. THANK YOU GERBER

I have been to Gerber several times before and had a great experience, and this was no different. Quality and service is always excellent. This time it was outstanding, however. Two employees stood out: Wendy and Ray. Wendy works the front desk and, in the short time I was waiting in the lobby, she handled each customer with courtesy and often humor. To me, the front desk is one of the most difficult jobs. Customers don't want to be there because something bad happened to our cars; we are worried and wondering how things will be handled. Wendy made us feel at ease, joking in a lighthearted way. Then there was Ray. There were a few minor dings that I expected to be included with the other work.
