Don't leave home without the American Express---Don't trust no one but Gerber in Matteson for total car care. I referred my son and his wife after their accident and they were completely satisfied. Over the past 6 months we have had our cars in to the shop 3 times for body work. (It's not been a good year.) We have been very satisfied with the work performed and the timeliness of completion. Everyone in the office was helpful and congenial and the adjuster worked with, Mark S., was attentive to every detail and went the extra mile.

I have taken my vehicle to Gerber on a few occasions and the service is ALWAYS top notch!! The customer service is unparalleled!!! Most recently my vehicle was scheduled for a three day repair. To my surprise they finished in one. I received text messages throughout the process give me the current status which was a nice addition to their services. I will continue to recommend this location to others.
