My experience with the Gerber located Crystal Lake IL, has been mostly positive. It was less than a year my car was in, due to an accident and now again for a tree hitting my car in a wind storm. I want to thank the young women Carie W. for being so kind, attentive and respectfully to me through this whole ordeal, of dealing with the emotionally aspect of the tree landing on my car while driving down the road. The insurance company will pay won't pay dilemma and the various glitches in the repair of my vehicle. Carie happen to come in to work, on her day off (which was very busy that day, since the day before we had severe wind storms). The girl at the desk was swamped with phone calls and people coming in and stated the estimator schedule was filled and was not sure that he would be able to look at my car. Carie immediately said it was ... not a problem and that she would be happy to look at my car. As I have stated she was empathic, thoughtful, considerate and respectfully. I would also like to than the young man Joe (who must have recently started). Joe was the one who went through the check list on my car, and assisted me in removing my things from the rental car to my car. Joe was exceedingly, considerate and respectfully. Enoch is extremely fortunate General Manager, to have several wonderful employees. My recommendation for the Gerber is extremely high. I was involved in a accident which required some bodywork. My insurance recommended Gerber collision. I had a few issues at first with the communication, but overall the experience was good. Donald the manager was very good in handling the situation. Jessica, who ran the front office, was very personable and worked well with myself and my family. I plan on using Gerber for future work on my car.
