Gerber was great. Explain the whole process of my car getting fixed step-by-step with great detail. They kept me In the loop day by day with their text messages which was great I love the fact that they could mean a loop through the whole process of my car being repaired. I would recommend Gerber collision auto glass repair to anybody.

We were involved in an accident in our vehicle, and we took our vehicle to Gerber on the advise of the insurance company of the second driver, as they would be handling the claim. We had such a positive experience with Gerber from the first time we arrived, to the day we picked up our car. We were initially met by Darryl Harris who did the initial estimate on our car. He was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable regarding the process of repairing our car and the process with the insurance company. We scheduled an appointment to start the repairs. When I brought our car back for the repairs, I was met by another employee, I don't have her name, but she too was extremely polite and professional. Later that same day I was called by Darryl who advised they found additional damage after the car was disassembled. This was not a ... surprise to me as Darryl explained in our initial meeting that this was possible. He advised it would take 3 days to repair our car. I received a call the day after we brought the car in and was advised that the repairs to our car had been completed. We met with the General Manager Matt H. who also was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We were extremely pleased with the entire process of getting our car repaired by the Gerber team, plus our car was repaired to perfection. The young lady who worked behind the reception desk was also extremely polite and professional, but I don't have her name either. Thanks so much for making the inconvenient process of getting in an accident and getting our car repaired so painless. I would definitely use Gerber again, and would highly recommend your services to family and friends. Thank you. read more

What a great group of employees at the Glendale Heights, Il . They were so nice, polite, they took care of ALL paperwork. I was so lost, did not know what to do...they explained everything, made it so easy...stress free. We even had a laugh on how my body work that was needed happened. They were awesome! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!
