I called to see if i could stop by to have them take a look at my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude that had some sort of residue on the back hatch. Carlson came out and took a look at with me and was one of the nicest guys and had the best customer service. Before he could quote me on anything he wanted to grab Aaron (paint specialist) to have look and see if this was a major paint job. At the end of the day Carlson and Aaron took extremely good care of me and my car! I will certainly be bringing and referring any cars/people I know to this specific Gerber. SEE CARLSON & AARON!

The guys at Gerber did a great job. First I received exceptional customer service from the front desk lady (I forgot her name) Francisco my sales rep did a great job as well. The mechanics did such a great job with my front bumper it made my car look brand new. Also amazing job cleanig my vehicle on the inside.

From start to finish, I was impressed with the speed of service, customer friendliness and overall ease for our accident claim. Eddie V. was called to review our initial estimate, called us when it exceeded the amount (slightly) and was there to explain and show us the finished repairs. It was a minor body repair, however they still treated us with the same professionalism as a major job. I was very happy with the Gerber services and plan to return for other body work in the future. Thank you.

Great personal service ,brought the SUV on Tuesday,said it would be available on Friday.Cory kept me up dated with texts on the progress of the repairs. Picked up the SUV on Friday, as promised.The repairs were satisfactory, & the vehicle was returned in immaculate condition(much cleaner than when I brought it in. Will gladly refer any friends in need of auto repairs.(Cory's friendliness was refreshing to see in this "Ho Hum" society)
