stopped in to ask about a door alignment issue, and Ray one of the adjusters walked out to take a look at my issue. He asked me for my car keys and said he be right back, only to drive off and never to be seen again, just kidding. checking to see if anyone reads these. Anyway in less than 10 minutes he was back and walked me out to my car, issue resolved. Thank You Ray for being so helpful! Thank You Gerber for employing quality caring help! and thanks to the technician in the shop that made the adjustment!! Thanks to ALL!! I might add that the issue that Ray resolved for me was NOT as a result from shop work completed by Gerber. My connection to Gerber is thru previous work performed at this site , thru my insurer USAA; so again Thanks to both Gerber and USAA

Cory H.-- whom I have never met -- at Buffalo Grove provided especially impressive assistance, communication, and professionalism at all stages of the repair of the vehicle repair. Not only am I now a firm believer in and customer of Gerber, but will recommend its service to my friends. Thanks for an enjoyable experience during a difficult time for me.

My car was involved in an accident in Orland Park, IL. I was given the choice of the repair shop to bring my Volkswagen Jetta to. I knew of a Gerber Collision in Orland Park because I have passed by it many times. The folks at this center were wonderful to work with and they made the process easy. The Enterprise rental service was inside the center which worked out great. From the receptionist, to the claims adjuster to the office people, right down to the gentleman who brought my car up, made my experience seamless. And the best part was that the work was done when it was promised. Thanks again for everything!

About a month ago our new car was hit and there was over $8000 in damages done. We chose Gerber and were immediately impressed with their high level of customer service. Our mechanic, Eddie, told us it would be 3 to 4 weeks until our car was ready. He delivered in 2 weeks! The car looked brand new again. A week ago our teenage son used the same car and was in an accident. We took it back to Eddie and he was so gracious and professional. His talent and attention to detail is truly an art form. We are amazed with his high level "people" skills and his humble yet confident approach. Laura at the front desk is stellar! I strongly recommend Gerber in Plainfield to anyone.
