Gerber did a fantastic job in repairing my car that was involved in a collision. The bumper is brand new and the fender was straightened out and painted like new. I would enthusiastically recommend Gerber to everyone. An additional point: the vehicle damage was promised to be completed in 4 days, and was finished 2 days earlier.

Christian B. and his supervisor, Kevin, were awesome! I required a quick turn around for a windshield replacement with an OEM windshield. I also am a detailed, careful consumer, and asked a bunch of questions to Kevin who was super patient and helpful in getting the answers. Christian took over then and really made it happen by expediting the process and getting me scheduled with a quick enough turn around to have this installed sooner than later. I really appreciate this type of customer service, especially a company who is certified with the AGSC. I know this will be a high quality install. Thank you.

Gerber collision helped me fix my car in a timely fashion. They also kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle the whole way. Their customer service skills are great and they made my car look brand new. I would recommend everyone to go to Gerber collision. Also, I advise people to go through Romeo. He was very professional and helped feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with him and Gerber. I will never take my car anywhere else besides Gerber!

I am very pleased with the car repair service I received from Jack & his team at Gerber Collision & Glass. They explained the damage and estimated repairs and kept me informed of the status of my car repair. I am very pleased my car was repaired sooner than expected and they explained the final repairs. I sincerely appreciated that they polished my headlights and tires, too. I would definitely recommend this location for their customer service and repair excellence. Safeco Insurance is the driver of the accident's insurance and not my insurance.

On May 1st of this year I had an unfortunate accident at a local gas station making too sharp of a turn rounding a pump island and causing me to sideswipe a metal guard railing. The manager at the Gerber location in Oak Forest, Don H., was very understanding and empathetic about my accident and assured me that the damage was not as bad as it seemed. This was my second auto body shop estimate, Abra being my first. But the selling point for me to choose Gerber was that Don noticed that I had a paint scratch on my rear bumper ( from somebody backing into me in a parking lot when I was not in the car ). Without my asking, he offered to buff it out at no charge. I was not expecting this and at this point chose Gerber to repair my car.
